Legislative Issues Needing Action Now!

NACDD is working closely with the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) and Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN) to introduce legislation that would impose a moratorium on implementation of the Targeted Case Management rule.  This interim final regulation strays well beyond congressional intent and jeopardizes case management services for many vulnerable Medicaid populations.

Letter from Senator Norm Coleman

Draft Legislation: Targeted Case Management Moratorium
